Well Piedog’s phone line is even less obtainable than the Inland Revenue’s that I was unfortunate enough to call late last year. After repeated attempts being met with an engaged tone, I finally got placed in a queue and my call was anwered some 30 minutes later.
After all that mucking around I was feeling pretty grumpy and ready to vent my displeasure on the recipient of my call. As it turned out this didn’t happen as her phone manner was polite and helpful. After some dialog it appears that my order will be despatched in its entirety today and I should receive it tomorrow. We shall see……
