I will not vote for any political party that supports the eradication of 80% of the badgers in the South-West of England, where I happen to live. Eradication of an indigenous species is a disturbing solution to bovine TB even if it was scientifically proven to be effective. As the scientific evidence says it wouldn’t be effective, I’m stunned that the current Labour government would propose doing it.
