Everything looks reasonable on it and I&#8217;ve contacted the solicitors  who also seem to think there&#8217;s nothing to worry about.  There was a charge of \u00c2\u00a3717 which I phoned <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nationwide.co.uk\">Nationwide<\/a> to query.  Turns out this is nothing to worry about, it&#8217;s because they don&#8217;t take a payment within the first month after completion and so the second payment is an entire month plus a fraction of the previous one.
